Dear Visitor,

Welcome to our City of Hull website. I stand before you proudly to serve as your mayor; ready to turn challenges into opportunities for a brighter future.

Hull, Georgia is a beautiful community full of friendly people. Hull is a great place to live, work, play, raise a family, and do business. We are one of the safest communities in the nation, and the City government is efficient, effective, and fiscally sound and is known for its Code of Ethics. Whether you're visiting here for business, vacation, or have lived here for years, we welcome you and hope you find your visit to this website a pleasant one. We encourage you to use this website to assist you in finding information about the City of Hull.

We are located 5 minutes just outside of the College campus of UGA Georgia Bulldogs downtown Athens area 2 minutes from Athens Technical College. When in town you can enjoy the famous breakfast of Angies restaurant on Hwy 72. We have many pleasant surprises served up by some of the friendliest folks you will find on the planet. Complete strangers will smile and say hello. I am constantly amazed at how people from all over the world come here with unique ideas and experiences and work together to create shared values and the vision for this wonderful place, for the place they have chosen to call home. Hull has become and will be rooted in talent, dedication, and hard work and I couldn’t be more proud to serve as their Mayor.

If you're already a part of our community, thank you. If you're considering relocating your home or business to Hull or simply thinking about a visit; please do. You won’t be disappointed.

While most everything you'll need or want to know about is right here on the City website, our job at City Hall at our meetings is to help make you successful, so don’t hesitate to contact us if we can be of service.

Sincerely,

Hon. Mayor Paul Walton
